Happy New Year everyone! We're really excited to kick off another 10 week session of Mother Goose. We're going to start this program virtually due to current Covid-19 outbreak. Mother Goose will take place every Thursday from 11-11:30am on Zoom starting on January 20th. Mother Goose runs in 10 week intervals, if it is safe enough before the 10 weeks is up we will return to in-person programming. Mother Goose will then pivot from online to in-person. In the registration you will have an option to register for only virtual programming or to attend virtually and in-person (if we can). If we do end up transitioning to in-person we will accept the first 10 who picked virtual & in-person.

Yoga is a way to practice training the body and mind to self observe and become aware of their own nature. It empowers us to self-reflect, control the breath, achieve deep relaxation, and grow through meditation; challenging the mind and body through movement and mindfulness. Yoga Program allows a safe and relaxing space to connect with ourselves and to Mother Earth; encouraging positive mental, emotional, and physical health.
